Country Singer Hank Williams Jr.’s Daughter Killed In A Car Crash

Country singer Hank Williams Jr.’s 27-year-old daughter was killed in a car crash in Tennessee Saturday night.

According to People, Katherine Williams-Dunning was driving an SUV at the time of the crash as reported by a Tennessee Highway Patrol representative. The vehicle was towing a boat and it crossed the highway median and rolled over before coming to a complete stop. The young woman was instantly killed in the crash and her husband Tyler Dunning,29, was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

Singer Holly Williams said in an Instagram post that Tyler is awake and responding but there were no reports of his injuries.

“ALL we need is prayers. My daddy. My little brother. Katie’s husband (he is awake and responding don’t know injury extent yet). My niece and nephew. Her Mama. The Dunning family. All of us. So. Many. Prayers. Jesus is close. Thank you all 🙏🏼❤️ “

The couple was married since October 15, 2015, and share two children, Beau,5, and Audrey,2. Katherine was the owner of a clothing company called Weston Jane, named after her children’s middle names, and it focused on items that were hand made by mothers.

She is the child of her famous country singing father and his wife Mary Jane Thomas.
