Congratulations to Naturi Naughton who has announced that she and her husband, Xavier “Two” Lewis, are expecting their first child together. The former singer-turned-actress shared the joyful news with People, saying that she’s thrilled at the thought of finally getting to meet their bundle of joy. “My daughter is especially happy to be getting a younger sibling, so I’m excited to share this joy as a family,” she shared.
Naughton, who is already a mom to five-year-old Zuri with her ex Ben, further shared how she broke the news to Lewis as she recalled still being on a high from their wedding in April. To the “Power” star, things naturally fell into place after their wedding to have a family. “It felt like the perfect way to start a new chapter with my hubby! I wrapped my two pregnancy tests in pretty tissue paper and put it in a cute little gift bag and told him I had a belated birthday gift for him,” the ex-3LW star shared.

When Naughton tied the knot with Lewis, she had a string of famous guests show up to the ceremony, including La La Anthony and Omari Hardwick, who played her husband, James ‘Ghost’ St. Patrick. Though the pair has been together for quite some time, Naughton revealed to Essence in February 2022 that she wasn’t ready to tell the world about her man’s identity so that they could simply focus on bonding with each other.
”It was important to be cautious about sharing [his identity] so we could focus on that bonding time,” she expressed to the publication at the time, indicating she didn’t feel pressured to share her man with the world the moment they started dating. “Sometimes in the industry people put their opinions on things and make you feel like you need their opinion, and I don’t.”

The couple’s fairytale wedding took place in Bulkhead, Atlanta, where over 200 family members joined the pair to celebrate their big day. Naughton and her husband have been together since 2019 and first met through Hardwick, who, as previously mentioned, was also present at the wedding.
