While rumors have been circling the internet for a few weeks, Keke Palmer has just confirmed on ‘SNL‘ that she is in fact pregnant! #Socialites join us in sending her a huge congrats!
Palmer is expecting her first baby, and with her boyfriend Darius Jackson — a relationship that she been keeping under wraps for a while.
Back in November 2021, Palmer appeared on ‘The Tamron Hall Show‘ and opened up about becoming “Instagram official” with Jackson. However, pictures of the two are no longer on her page.
KeKe Palmer Addresses Rumors & Reveals She’s Pregnant On ‘SNL’
The 29 year old super-entertainer made the big reveal while hosting ‘Saturday Night Live’ for her first time on Saturday, December 3. During her opening monologue, Palmer addressed the rumors.
She said, “There’s some rumors going around. people have been in my comments saying, ‘Keke’s having a baby. Keke’s pregnant.’ And I want to set the record straight … I am!”
Palmer went on to rip open her jacket to reveal her growing baby bump as she stood upon the Studio 8H stage.
She continued, “I gotta say, though, it is bad when people on the internet spread rumors about you y’all, but it’s even worse when they’re correct. I mean, like, I was trying so hard to keep it on the down low, cause I got a lot of stuff going on, you know? … But honestly this has been the biggest blessing, and I am so excited. Guys, I’m going to be a mom.”
She added, “Even though some people feel a little weird about me having a baby cause I was a child actor, I just wanna say, look, I’m 29, I’m grown, I have sex, I own a home, I stormed the Capitol on January 6, you know? Things adults do.”
