Cardi B and Offset’s family is getting bigger!
On Monday, the rapper took to Instagram to announce the birth of her new bundle of joy. She shared a snap of her and husband Offset holding their new baby while at the hospital. She captioned the post, “9/4/21.” Cardi added a blue heart emoji along with a dinosaur and teddy bear, confirming that she had a boy.
Although she didn’t share the name of the baby just yet, over 38,000 fans have been congratulating the couple under her comment section.
As we previously reported, Cardi B revealed during Sunday’s BET Awards that she’s pregnant. Following the performance, Cardi took to Instagram to share a revealing photo of her baby bump, appearing to be covered in a white plaster cast, and tagged Offset. “#2,” she captioned the post. Offset shared the to his Instagram Stories and wrote “Another Blessing.”
“We are so overjoyed to finally meet our son,” the couple said in a statement shared with PEOPLE. “He is already loved so much by family and friends and we can’t wait to introduce him to his other siblings.”
The couple are already parents to 3-year-old daughter Kulture. Offset is also dad to daughter Kalea, 6, and sons Kody, 6, and Jordan, 11, from previous relationships.
