Cliqk Acquires Ilias Anwar’s TCC Entertainment, Tapped AI, Creator Week, and Ilias Events in a Multi-Platform Deal.

Cliqk has announced the acquisition of four ventures founded by Ilias Anwar. The deal includes TCC Entertainment, 50 percent of Tapped AI, Creator Week, and Ilias Events, through a multi-layered package valued at approximately $900,000.

As part of the acquisition, Anwar joins Cliqk’s founding team as Chief Marketing Officer, bringing his full ecosystem of live analytics, media production, influencer campaigns, and large-scale community experiences into the company. Cliqk is a one-click marketing platform that launches your brand everywhere at once: billboards, social ads, UGC networks, events, newsletters, and press runs. The company is building the foundation for AI GTM, Vibe Marketing, and a Marketing Co-Pilot that automates cultural distribution.

For nearly eight years, Anwar operated at the center of entertainment, tech, and community-building. He built TCC Entertainment into a media company generating more than 1.5 billion views across digital content, branded storytelling, influencer productions, and digital campaigns.

Across New York, Los Angeles, and the online creator economy, he developed events, experiences, and networks designed to connect artists, founders, and investors in cultural environments rather than industry boardrooms.

“Ilias did not just build an audience,” said Cliqk CEO Rohan Gurram. “He built an ecosystem. His network gives Cliqk cultural presence, operational reach, and credibility in a way most startups never achieve.”

In 2021, Anwar co-founded Tapped AI with VCU alum Johannes Naylor. Tapped AI built a live venue and touring analytics platform used by promoters and artists to identify where audiences existed and where to perform next. The platform mapped fan geography and demand indicators, forming one of the earliest data infrastructures for independent live touring strategy.

“Tapped was about clarity,” Anwar said. “It helped artists understand where real opportunity existed. Now, that same principle is the foundation of Cliqk. We are helping brands and creators understand where their story should move. We are officially bringing vibe marketing. Everyone will be able to be a good marketer overnight.”

TCC Entertainment, founded in 2017, produced high-impact media for artists, startups, and consumer brands. Ilias Events became a community hub for more than 20,000 founders, investors, and creators across New York City, hosting gatherings that resulted in new collaborations, deal-flow, and creative partnerships. Creator Week, the flagship festival launched in 2024, brought together over 5,000 attendees across performances, discussions, and activations. Creator Week will now operate as Cliqk’s annual summit, scaling to San Francisco, Los Angeles, London, and Dubai in 2026.
