The Cleveland Cavaliers have recently released a statement addressing the suspension of Tristan Thompson, their backup center, following a failed drug test.

Starting from Wednesday, Thompson will serve his suspension, making him ineligible to play until March 16, when the Cavaliers face the Houston Rockets.
