Yung Miami opened up during a recent interview that her first celebrity crush was on rapper Romeo Miller. The rapper joined JT for a game with E! News’ “The Rundown” while at Coachella, where the pair opened up on things they’ve probably never shared with fans before. The game was simple: Yung Miami and JT had to spin the wheel and answer a question based on which card the arrow landed on.

“My first celebrity crush, like, as a little girl was Romeo. You know how it was like, Lil Bow Wow and Romeo; I liked Romeo. Yeah, I was like a Romeo girl. I’ve never met him.” When the host, Francesca Amiker, chimed in by asking whether she would holler at the former Nickelodeon star if she were to meet him now, Miami nonchalantly responded, “No.”

The game proceeded with JT spinning the wheel, with the arrow landing on the card “Worst,” when Amiker asked what had been the worst date she’d ever been on. While she’s now happily in love with Lil Uzi Vert, JT admitted that before fame, there was a time when she went on a date and ended up paying for the food. Socialites, have y’all ever found yourself in this situation before?

Both JT and Yung Miami are currently said to be working on their third studio album, which fans believe could be released sometime this year.

It would be their first full-length project since the release of their sophomore record, “City On Lock,” which came out in June 2020.

“City on Lock” was released during the COVID-19 pandemic, which meant that Yung Miami and JT had to get creative with the recording process. In an interview with Rolling Stone, Yung Miami revealed that they recorded the album in their home studio in Miami. They were also able to collaborate with other artists remotely, which opened up more opportunities for features on the album.

The album features collaborations with some of the biggest names in rap, including Lil Baby, Doja Cat, and Yo Gotti. These collaborations added a different flavor to the album and showcased the duo’s versatility. Yung Miami and JT also wrote all the songs on the album, which allowed them to showcase their songwriting skills.
