Patricia Avila says in the lawsuit that she and her sister were hired by the singer to clean his home in Tarzana, California for $600 a day, twice a week. Although she was aware of the dogs that were in the house, Avila said they were kept in a separate area on the property during her work schedule. Avila said Brown’s Caucasian Shepherd Ovcharka found its way to the backyard while her sister was cleaning out a vacuum and bit into her arm, ripping off her skin along with biting her face and leg. Reportedly, the dog has a history of aggressive behavior and violence.
The former employee managed to get the dog off of her sister and Brown reportedly was the one who contacted 911 as reported by TMZ. Court documents state that Avila feared that her sister would’ve died on her way to the dog due to the significant amount of blood loss.
