Chris Blake Griffith — the man who is accusing Stefon Diggs of drugging and sexually assaulting him and then later having his brother jump him (allegedly conspiring to kill him) — is now claiming that he has turned over 100 pages of text messages and Instagram DMs (Direct Messages) between he and the NFL star.
In October 2025, Stefon Diggs filed a defamation lawsuit against Christopher Blake Griffith. Diggs claimed the social media influencer went online and fabricated allegations about an alleged incident at Diggs’ Rockville, Maryland home on May 22, 2023.
Grifftih claimed he and Diggs went to several Washington, D.C. clubs and at some point, Diggs offered him some “candy.” Griffith believed it was a drug or some kind of substance because it left him “disoriented.” The two left a lounge and got in Diggs’ Porsche.

Upon arriving to Diggs’ home — he allegedly “exposed his penis to Mr. Griffith” and began masturbating. Griffith said he told Diggs to “put his penis away.” He then got out of the car and walked to Diggs’ front door. Griffith alleged Diggs tried to kiss him, but he rejected him. He then said Diggs allegedly put his tongue in his ear and whispered for him to come to his room.
Once inside Diggs’ home, Griffith claimed he hid inside the bathroom for 45 minutes. He said when he exited, Diggs’ younger brother, Darez Diggs, threatened him to never mention the incident. Griffith alleged the brothers then accused him of stealing items from the home, stripped him, and physically assaulted him.

In March 2026, Griffith countersued Stefon Diggs. He alleged the NFL star made several false and defamatory statements about him on a fake Instagram account. While Diggs’ lawsuit claims Griffith intentionally and knowingly lied for online clout and to damage his reputation, Griffith’s suit alleges Diggs filed his suit to silence him.
On July 9, TMZ now reports that court documents show Griffith has produced over 100 pages of communication between he and Diggs — as requested by a judge.
