Chet Hanks is being sued for $1 million after his ex-girlfriend Kiana Parker said he has allegedly shown a continuous pattern of abuse throughout their relationship.

The lawsuit was filed on Monday, almost a month after Hanks posted videos of an altercation between him and Parker. Documents state that Hanks was verbally and physically abusive towards Parker during their relationship and she filed a restraining order against him on Jan.8. The former couple started dating in March 2019 and moved in together nearly a year later.
According to Page Six, Parker recalled an incident in Oct.2020 when Hanks allegedly became “enraged” when she wanted to leave her hotel room in New Orleans. She said displayed aggressive behavior and “grabbed her with great force and by the right arm” which caused a significant amount of pain. He allegedly pushed her into some tables in the hotel room and called her a “ghetto black b*tch” and broke her phone shortly after. Hanks reportedly told Parker not to report the incident and said no one would believe it because he’s “Chet Hanks and she wasn’t sh*t, she was a just a ghetto black b*tch”

“This is about violence within the confines of a relationship between a man and a woman, a man who mentally and physically and psychologically battered, Kiana Parker,” said her lawyer Kevin Murray.
He allegedly threatened to shoot Parker while her children were present in the home and said Hanks was reportedly aggressive while she tried to move her things out of their home.
His attorney, Marty Singer, says all allegations are false and said he is suing Parker for the recorded altercation on Jan 6.
“While Ms. Parker was accompanied by a huge male carrying a gun she viciously attacked Chet which caused him to profusely bleed. Her claims are completely false, fabricated and fictional,”
