Celebrity Hairstylist Arrogant Tae Slams Other Hairdressers Charging Extra For Wash And Blow-Dry, Also Blasts Critics Over His Hefty Prices

#Socialites, do you agree? Celebrity hairstylist Arrogant Tae is calling out other hairdressers who charge clients extra for wash and blow-dry services in their booking. He also claps back at critics calling him out for his own hefty prices, despite including wash and blow in his bookings.

On Saturday night (March 22), Tae took to his Instagram Story to show off his work, per usual. However, he also had some extra time to slam other hairstylists who charge extra for wash and blow-dry services.

While telling fans how his goal as a stylist is to make wigs look “as natural as possible,” he went off on a 7-minute rant. He said, “[And] one more thing! Y’all as ‘stylists’ should not be charging your ‘clients’ extra for a wash [and] blow-dry! It should just be a part of the service! I feel like that’s so money-hungry!!!” Arrogant Tae continued to slam these other hairdressers who charge extra for wash and blow-dry in a series of videos. He said:

“Public Service Announcement: I hate when y’all hairstylists be up here charging y’all’s clients for a wash. I feel like that’s the most money-hungry sh*t. It’s lazy and it’s just let’s you know that you just in that sh*t ‘cause you money-hungry. ‘Cause why the f**k are you charging for your client to be washed and blow-dried? It should be a part of the service.

So, you’re telling me if your client books a service and comes in and her hair is dirty for the install that you have to do — the install that she booked you to do and her hair is dirty, too oily or something, especially, if she’s getting a leave-out — you’re telling me you’re gonna just let her hair be dirty? And then you’re gonna tell her, ‘Oh, for me to wash your hair, it’ll be an extra $50?’ But you’re not worried about your work looking good and being good?”

Angel Reese Supports Arrogant Tae As He Drags ‘Money-Hungry’ Hairstylists And Critics Calling Out His Hefty Prices

Tae continued to drag these money-hungry hairstylists in several more videos. After the 7-minute video rant, critics started attacking Tae in his Instagram DMs. One person wrote, “Tae, the people said you don’t charge extra because you charge a lot for the install.”

He fired off a whole novel, addressing his scaled pricing and more. Another user blasted off, “Go f**k yourself. You shouldn’t be charging $1k for a lace install then do like everyone else and do it for $150, you idiot. Those gluing hairstylists really be thinking they do hair.”

Tae laughed off the comment and said, “The gluing hairstylist Imfao. Babe, I been doing hair since I was 12 years old. I just turned 30. Like, do the math! I’M A REAL HAIRSTYLIST, NOT JUST A wig expert!”

WNBA player Angel Reese soon hopped into Arrogant Tae’s DMs and supported him. She said, “And charge that motherf***ing $1k every time ‘cause my wig stayed on for 2 MF WEEKS while playing and working out!!! I didn’t have to add no glue not ONCE. So, they can stfu [shut the f**k up] with they cheap a** sh*t. THANK YAAAA.” Tae replied, “On that note! I have nothing else to say. I ain’t saying nun else.”
