Ceaser Emanuel vs. Crystal Torres: Reality Star Is Reportedly In Breach Of Daughter’s Order Of Protection With New Lawsuit
Earlier, we shared that ‘Black Ink Crew‘ star Ceaser Emanuel announced that he was filing a lawsuit against his daughter’s mother Crystal Torres — who’s recently taken to social media to detail the domestic dispute that occurred last year between Ceaser and the couple’s 17-year-old daughter Cheyenne Emanuel. During her livestream, Torres claimed Emanuel was “found guilty of child neglect,” after their daughter allegedly returned to her mother from her father with bruises, leading to CPS being called.
After news of Emanuel’s civil lawsuit against Torres, her attorney suggests Emanuel is in breach of a current order of protection on their daughter Cheyenne. Seth D. Schraier, a Family and Matrimonial Attorney in New York City, exclusively tells us, “I currently am representing Ms. Crystal Torres in a New York Family County Family Court for the request for an Order of Protection against David ‘Ceaser’ Emanuel, on behalf of her daughter, Cheyenne.”
Schraier goes onto explain that the current protective order, which he says is a “temporary full stay away, no contact order of protection,” was issued by the courts on February 26, 2021, was then continued on April 30, and again today, May 19, following another court appearance. Schraier adds, “This temporary order of protection will remain in effect until the next court date of June 23. No trial dates have been selected yet.” Meanwhile, it’s suggested that with 1) Emanuel’s new lawsuit, 2) an alleged press conference that was held, plus 3) the airing of a recent episode of ‘Black Ink Crew,’ which set off Torres’ explosive Instagram live, Emanuel may be in breach of the protective order filed on behalf of his daughter. #Socialites, thoughts?
