Lady Gaga On Super Bowl Halftime Show: ‘I Better Hear No Lip-Syncing’

And I Oop… Just like many sports fans around the country, Lady Gaga is getting ready for the big Super Bowl event and of course, the highly anticipated halftime show starring J Lo and Shakira!

While many folks are expecting to see a pretty good show, Gaga wants to make sure the singers are planning to go completely full out, meaning “no lip-syncing!”

During Gaga’s pre-Super Bowl concert Saturday at Miami’s Meridian at Island Gardens venue, she made it clear, “I better hear no lip-syncing tomorrow!” the 2017 halftime show star bellowed from her piano at the AT&T Super Saturday Night Show. Apparently, she meant that with nothing but love as she said this right after:

“Put your drinks up! I love you Miami! I love you J.Lo! I love you, Shakira!”

Now, we know J Lo and Shakira know how to entertain their fans buts they’re hoping for the ladies to only bring their A-Game tonight!

Shaq Gifts A Best Buy Shopper A New Laptop After Touching Interaction

Patrick Martin of Georgia says he was at the Best Buy in McDonough, south of Atlanta, looking to buy a laptop on Wednesday when he spotted Shaquille O’Neal. Not only did he get to speak with the Basketball Hall of Famer, but something really great also happened.

Martin offered his sympathies to Shaq for the recent death of NBA legend Kobe Bryant and O’Neal’s sister, Ayesha Harrison-Jex, who died in October after a battle with cancer. The 47-year-old was so moved by the sweet gesture that he decided to something nice for Martin.

In a Facebook post, Martin revealed that O’Neal told him to pick up the nicest laptop in Best Buy and that he would pay for it.

“We walked off, then Shaq comes to us and says, I like yall, so get the nicest one in here and I’ll pay for it. #RIPAyeshaHarrisonJex #RIPKOBE #MambaMentality.”

As we previously reported, Kobe and his 13-year-old daughter Gianna were just two of nine people to die in Sunday’s helicopter crash that included Christina Mauser, John, Keri and Alyssa Altobelli, Sarah and Payton Chester and pilot Ara Zobayan. The cause of the crash is still not immediately clear as of right now.

UPDATE: Opera Singer Arrested After Crashing Into Trump’s Mar-A-Lago Estate

We previously reported that shots were fired from Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Club on Friday after someone drove past two security checkpoints.

At the time, police only shared that they had the suspect in custody but didn’t reveal any further details, until now. Officials have released the name of the suspect as well the mugshot of Hannah Roemhild, and apparently she’s an opera singer!

Authorities said the 30-year-old was initially spotted dancing erratically on the roof of a car at the nearby Breaker’s resort on Friday morning. From there, cops tried to approach her, but then she allegedly led them on a 70 mph chase through the streets of Palm Beach. At some point, she picked up a female companion, and the pair crashed through two security checkpoints outside Trump’s resort around 11 a.m. Cops said they fired off shots because they were uncertain if the driver was targeting pedestrians or if the driver was in possession of a bomb.

Law enforcement noted that she was “obviously impaired” but didn’t say if that meant she was intoxicated. The motive behind the crash is also still unclear. The New York Post reported that Roemhild is likely to face charges of assault on a federal officer, deadly assault on a sheriff’s deputy and various traffic charges for driving her car through the checkpoints, Palm Beach County Sheriff Ric Bradshaw said.

PnB Rock Destroys BMW In Alleged Street Race, Arrested For DUI

PnB Rock is the latest rapper to get into trouble with the law. According to TMZ, he was arrested for DUI after he smashed into 3 cars and wrecked his BMW during a street race.

Law enforcement sources told the news site that the rapper was arrested on suspicion of DUI and reckless driving in Burbank, CA after officers say they saw him smash into a row of parked cars. Sources say cops observed the white BMW sedan —- driven by PnB Rock — racing a blue and silver Rolls Royce Wraith last weekend on a local street, which was reportedly going 100 MPH.

Apparently, there was even a woman inside of the vehicle, but she reportedly escaped with minor injuries. It was also said that PnB Rock reeked of marijuana when police approached, and officers found some weed on him. He was eventually taken into custody and booked but then later released on $100,000 bail.

TMZ even obtained images from the crash scene which looked pretty bad and by the looks of it, PnB is lucky he made it out ok.

Couple Indicted For The Slaying Of Clark Atlanta Student Alexis Crawford

Jordyn Jones, 22, and her boyfriend, 21-year-old Barron Brantley, have both been indicted this Friday for the slaying of Clark Atlanta student Alexis Crawford.

As we previously reported, the 21-year-old victim was discovered lifeless on Nov. 8, just a week after she was reported missing. It was later revealed that she died by asphyxiation. Both Brantley and Jones were charged with malice murder and booked at the Fulton County jail. Atlanta police Detective Mike Young testified in November that Brantley told police he choked Crawford after she and Jones got into a fight on Halloween morning. Evidence also indicated Brantley sexually assaulted Crawford days earlier, which led to his sodomy charge.

Now, days before Crawford’s death, she actually filed a police report accusing Brantley of sexual assault, including forcible kissing and unwanted touching in an off-campus apartment. Crawford and Jones got into a heated confrontation after Crawford became aware that Brantley was still being allowed to stay in the apartment. During the argument, Brantley reportedly entered Crawford’s room and began strangling her. She took her last breaths in a plastic garbage bag that was put over her head by Brantley.

The two then reportedly tried to clean up the apartment to get rid of any evidence. From there, they dumped Crawford’s party in a wooded area in Dekalb County’s Exchange Park. After, they returned to the apartment to nap and then attended a Halloween party.

Brantley and Jones were indicted today on two counts of felony murder as well as one count each of murder, aggravated assault, false imprisonment and concealing the death of another, authorities said. A spokesman for the Fulton County District Attorney’s office said Brantley was also indicted on one count of aggravated sodomy for allegedly sexually assaulting Crawford five days before her murder.

Both Jones and Brantley currently remain held at the Fulton County Jail without bond, records show.

Folks around the world are honoring Kobe Bryant in their own way. So far we’ve seen fans post tributes all over social media while artists have taken the streets of their town to paint murals of Kobe, along with his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna who died with seven others in a helicopter crash. Meanwhile, celebrities like Lebron James have gotten a tattoo to honor the NBA legend, and now rapper Lil Wayne has made a move to pay his respects to him.

The rapper released his latest studio album “Funeral” and paid tribute to the fallen athlete with his song “Bing James” featuring Jay Rock. The Lakers superfan left a 24-second-long moment of silence to honor the late superstar’s number when he played for the L.A. Lakers. In addition to that, Wayne’s lyrics also reference his favorite basketball team by calling out their signature uniform colors: “Yellow pill, purple drank.”

This marked Wayne’s second tribute to Kobe. When the devastating news first came out, Wayne took to Instagram to share a throwback picture of himself and Kobe giving each other a fist bump. He captioned the post,

”Forever love. 824.”

As we previously reported, the other victims of the Sunday crash included John Altobelli, a well-respected baseball coach at Orange Coast College, his wife Keri and their daughter Alyssa and basketball coach Christina Mauser. Sarah Chester and her teen daughter Payton were also killed when the Sikorsky S-76 flew into the hillside and burst into flames. Ara Zobayan, the pilot also perished during the crash as well. Many people have also payed their respects to these victims.

At this time, it is still not exactly clear what caused the helicopter to go down. However, reports state that heavy fog may have played a big part.

Shots Fired At Trump’s Mar-A-Lago Estate

According to breaking reports, officials at President Donald Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate fired their guns at the occupants of an SUV this Friday morning.

Apparently, Florida Highway Patrol troopers were chasing a black SUV, which sped past two security checkpoints at about 11:40 a.m. and headed toward Mar-a-Lago’s main entrance, according to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office. From there, officials fired off their guns at the vehicle, and authorities later found it and took two people into custody.

BREAKING:

2 individuals in custody.

As of right now, no further details were shared by the Sheriff’s Office, including who the people are, whether they suffered any injuries and why they went to Mar-a-Lago. J Lo And Shakira Will Honor Kobe Bryant During Super Bowl Halftime Show

During a Miami press conference on Thursday, Jennifer Lopez and Shakira shared what they have in store for halftime at Super Bowl LIV. While explaining a few details about their 12-minute long performance, the ladies also told reporters that there will be a moment where they will be honoring the late NBA legend, Kobe Bryant.

Someone asked J Lo whether she would be honoring Bryant, who died last Sunday in a helicopter crash in Calabasas, California. The singer confirmed that there will be a “heartfelt” moment. “We’ll all be remembering Kobe on Sunday and celebrating life and diversity in this country,” Shakira added. “I’m sure he’d be very proud to see the message we are trying to convey on stage that day.”

Lopez said she didn’t want to give away too many details. But she did note that the show will be “packed.”

“When we did the first run-through, Shakira was like, ‘That was great.’ It’s different what we do,” Lopez said of their individual styles. “It’s very Shakira and very Jennifer,” CNN quotes.

Super Bowl LIV is set to take place on Sunday, February 2. The game will kick off at approximately 6:30 p.m. ET.

Recently we reported that Mighty Ducks star, Shaun Weiss was arrested for Burglary while high on meth.

Well, it looks like Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael Lohan is stepping in to help the troubled child star. According to TMZ, sources close to the situation say that Lindsay’s dad is one of many people who are trying to help Weiss as he is familiar with the struggles of getting sober.

Apparently, numerous Hollywood hotshots contacted Michael about Shaun’s situation, and he was more than willing to help, and he reached out to a close friend who oversees a hospital rehab program in southeast Texas, where Weiss could get free treatment.

Per TMZ, the program specializes in medically-assisted detox and therapy. It can be costly but apparently the program agreed to cover $60k in expenses, as Long as Shaun is mentally evaluated, and shows no signs of physical danger to himself or others.

Shaun is stuck in jail at the moment and his friends are trying to get him the help he needs.

New Emojis For 2020 Include Gender-Inclusive Designs, Transgender Flag & More!

The new emoji list for 2020 has rolled out and there are some pretty cool choices as part of the new selection!

The Unicode Consortium revealed 117 new emoji images that are expected to be released later this year, and it looks like it’s continuing to push towards inclusivity.

Emojipedia, which approximates what all the new emojis might look like when they’re released on devices, shared an image of what’s in store. There will reportedly be a Transgender flag and symbol emoji and will also include everything from more gender-inclusive options (even Santa), new animals like a black cat, polar bear — more food and drink emoji like bubble tea and tamale, parents feeding baby, anatomical body parts, new tools, a boomerang, insects, and even ninjas!

While it’s not exactly clear when the new collection will be available on devices and systems, social media users are already excited to try them out.

While speaking with E! News, Land said she’s both flattered and overwhelmed by all the attention.

“It’s been crazy,” Land told the news site. “The outpouring of comments that have been coming in just off a photo I posted of me and Greyson. Literally every comment about me. It’s very different! I’m not used to being in the forefront. I’m used to it being about my kids. It’s overwhelming. She added, “I take it as a huge compliment. I think she’s gorgeous.”
