Cassie’s lawyer, Douglas Wigdor, along with another victim’s attorney is responding to recent footage of Diddy enjoying himself on a river raft and boarding his private plane amidst the ongoing abuse video and sexual assault allegations against him. Despite the legal battles and numerous lawsuits surrounding Diddy, the business mogul seemed unfazed and appeared to be living his life to the fullest.
In a statement to @tmz_tv , Wigdor said, “I don’t think white water rafting will prepare him for the choppy waters that lie ahead.” Meanwhile, Adria English’s attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd added, “After seeing Defendant Combs white water rafting and jetting around on her personal plane, seemingly enjoying life despite all the atrocities he has caused and been accused of by countless individuals over decades, Mrs. English is even more motivated to ensure justice prevails.”
He continued, noting the struggles of the plaintiffs involved in the lawsuits against Diddy, stating, “Mrs. English and all the other Plaintiffs who have filed lawsuits throughout the country against Defendant Combs are individuals with limited resources fighting for justice after being marginalized, abused, and exploited by a billionaire.”
Dismissing Diddy’s recent attempts to sell his California home and portray himself as a man in need of liquidating assets. He said, “We are not moved by Defendant Combs’ recent attempt at selling his California home or attempt to portray himself as a man of scarcity when, for decades, Defendant Combs has touted himself as an ultra-successful billionaire of multiple businesses.”
More On Diddy And Cassie’s Case:
As we previously reported, Diddy and Cassie were together for over a decade. In November 2023, she accused him of rape and abuse in a lawsuit. A day later, they settled the case for an undisclosed amount.
Despise that, footage from a 2016 assault emerged online showing the horrific beating on Cassie at the hands of Diddy. She has since spoken out to thank her fans for their love and support.
Meanwhile, it has been reported that a grand jury is currently reviewing evidence related to Diddy’s alleged sex trafficking and other crimes.
Cassie and others involved in the lawsuits against him are eagerly awaiting the outcome. Wigdor concluded by saying, “We look forward to not only our day in court but also the day when justice is served for all the plaintiffs and the actions of the federal government in protecting their citizens from people like Defendant Combs.”
