Hollywood Unlocked Launches Hollywood Unlocked Cares
Hollywood Unlocked is excited to announce the launch of Hollywood Unlocked Cares!
About a week ago when I was contacted by a fan of Hollywood Unlocked, saying that they wanted to partner with us on a giveaway, I was a little shocked. I must admit, this was the first time someone had reached out to our company and wanted to give back without receiving anything.
They admitted that they had reached out to another platform that wanted to charge them $10,000 in order to give away $15,000. I was shocked! Why would somebody in a situation where the world is undergoing one of the worst pandemics we’ve ever experienced want to charge a person in order to bless others? It took me all the way back to why I decided to create Hollywood Unlocked. The main reasons for creating this platform was one, to give people front row access to their favorite celebrities and two, to be able to inspire others.

Hollywood Unlocked is and always has been more than the tea. While we aim to entertain everybody and create viral content, we also want to inspire. I have been personally reading all of your messages and watching all of your personal videos. Stories of pain, frustration, desperation, and hope. I’ve read messages of people wanting to win the thousand dollars in order to give it to somebody who really needed it. It reminded me of the selflessness. The kindness. And for that, I feel gratitude.
I believe anybody who during a time like this, can always find ways of finding their own gratitude, is a person who knows their own strength. We are not defined by our situations, rather how we handle them. In my book, ‘God Must Have Forgotten About Me,’ I talked a lot about surviving hard times and having faith over fear. This is a testament of the strength that I learned about myself during my trials, and it will be one of yours when it is all over.
