It’s hard for family members to deal with the thought of knowing their loved one is in great danger and there’s absolutely nothing they can currently do about it. However, for one guy whose stepfather is among crew members who went missing on an expedition to explore the famous Titanic shipwreck — he’s seems to be handling it pretty well.

As we previously reported, the 21-foot submersible—named Titan—lost contact with Canadian Research Vessel Polar Prince on June 18 just over an hour into its dive to view the wreckage of the RMS Titanic, the United States Coast Guard News reported. The stepson of British billionaire Hamish Harding recently went to a Blink-182 concert amid the intense high-stakes rescue mission to find his stepfather, as well as four other passengers.

Following a wave of backlash, Szasz spoke out on social media to defend his decision to attend the concert. He said, “Yes I went to @blink-182 last night,” Szasz wrote on his Instagram Stories June 20 alongside a photo of him at the venue. “What am I supposed to do sit at home and watch the news? Not sorry this band has helped me through hard times since 1998.” Although that may be understanding to some, Cardi B doesn’t feel like that’s a good explanation. Here’s what she had to say:

“One of the billionaires, their stepson is at a concert right, at a Blink 182 concert.  And people are like ”erm what is he supposed to do, be sad at the house, is he supposed to go look for him himself?’ Yes!”

She continued, “You are supposed to be at the house sad, be crying for me, you are supposed to be right next to the phone, waiting to hear any updates about me. Isn’t that sad that you are a whole f****g billionaire, and nobody gives a f**k about you?  Like you missing, and mother f****rs are ready to shake d***s at concerts. That’s crazy! I’d rather be broke, and poor than like knowing I’m loved.”

More On The Search & Rescue

As of Tuesday morning, there was no sign yet of the missing Titanic submersible after extensive search. The Coast Guard provided that update at a press conference at the US Coast Guard Station in Boston – which is coordinating the search and rescue effort. First District Response Coordinator Capt. Jamie Frederick explained that a rescue was not guaranteed.

The sub’s oxygen supply was just 40 hours, giving rescue crews until Thursday morning to find it before it runs out.

The U.S. Coast Guard said Wednesday it will be holding another press conference at 1 p.m. ET. regarding the search for OceanGate’s missing Titan submarine.
