There are many reasons why women prefer to go under the knife to enhance their bodies. For starters, with some cosmetic surgeries there are health benefits as others simply help boost self-confidence. While there’s also this stigma that most females opt for plastic surgery to get attention from men, Cardi B is letting people know that’s not the case!
The rap superstar who has always been open and honest about her past procedures hopped on her Instagram Live this Saturday to address folks who really think women, specifically the ones who want or have a Brazilian Butt Lift, are the ones who go above and beyond to seek validation from men or to impress them.
She said, “I don’t think that’s true. Let me tell you something. You can have a f*cking elbow and a man is going to be after you. Like, they don’t care. Men are not that picky. Come on now, women, we know our insecurities and we be thirsty to fix it because we’ve been so shaped to believe that we got to be perfect. And let’s be real…. who judges women the most? It be us! Like, let’s not front.”
To further prove her point, Cardi B went on to point out how other A-list male celebrities have women who are completely natural like NBA star Steph Curry whose wife is Ayesha Curry. Cardi also mentioned LeBron James’ beautiful wife, Savannah James.
“B*tches ain’t doing that sh*t for these n*ggas. B*ches just want to feel good! Not everything is about a man!”
More On Cardi B’s Journey With Plastic Surgery
Earlier this year, Cardi B sat down with Jason Lee on the first episode of The Jason Lee Show and opened up about her decision to have plastic surgery, explaining to Jason that, “I always knew I wanted to do certain things. You know? This is the tricky thing about a lot of people, right? People be assuming that like when you do surgery that you’re insecure about yourself or you hate yourself. And that’s just not the truth. I just be feeling like if I want to correct something or I want to do a little something something, I don’t give a ****, I’m going to do it.”
She went on to share, “I did fillers on my nose in 2019 and that sh*t f*cked my nose up,” Cardi B told Lee. “When you see things on Instagram, it makes sense. But fillers made my nose longer. It got wider and I’m like, ‘Oh my gosh, what the f*ck? I f*cked up my nose.‘“
During the interview, Lee recalled, “I remember the time we were at Kris’ [Jenner] house and Kim gave you a list of people you could call and get help. You didn’t call none of those people, you just did it at home?’ Cardi admitted: “No, I called a couple of people that she gave me.”
Cardi has also previously opened up about getting her butt injections removed which was an intense process to take the biopolymers out.
Ultimately Cardi is happy with the way she looks now and we’re sure we can all agree that she looks amazing!
