Cardi B Drags JT On Diss Track “Magnet”
On Friday (September 19), Cardi B dropped her long-awaited and highly-anticipated sophomore album, ‘Am I The Drama?’ On the project, she not only dissed rapper Bia on the song “Pretty & Petty,” but Big Bardi from the Bronx also dragged City Girls alum JT on “Magnet.”
On the second verse, Cardi sent shot after shot after shot aimed at the Miami rapper. Check out the verse below:

Joe Budden Talks Cardi B’s JT And Bia Diss Tracks And Suggests She Had A Great Writer For JT Diss, Cardi Claps Back With Receipts
Taking to his podcast to react to the new album and disses, rapper-turned-podcaster Joe Budden seemingly suggested that Cardi had help coming up with her spicy lyrics. During a recent episode of his ‘The Joe Budden Podcast,’ Budden and his co-hosts gave Cardi B her props on the song. While doing so, Budden then added, “Whoever is writing these lines…” One of his co-hosts suggests it was Pardison Fontaine, aka Pardi. Budden added, “He smoking this sh*t!”
However, on Saturday (September 20), Cardi clapped back at the claims and dropped receipts proving she penned her own rhymes. Cardi posted a video of her filming another phone playing a video of her, in real time, thinking of the lyrics and rapping them on video to save and later record in the studio.
The date of the video showed July 19, 2024 at 12:46 a.m. Social media users quickly noted that this was the same date that JT dropped her ‘City Cinderella’ mixtape — on which she appears to diss Cardi. 46 minutes after JT dropped her album, Cardi began writing her diss.
Captioning her video receipt, Cardi B wrote:
“Whoever wrote it?? Nah that’s CARDI.. This is my process… I’m a natural roaster and you already know I’m quick with the mouth. So, I’ll be coming up with lines and I’ll record myself then lay it later.. Don’t give me backhanded 10’s cuz I’ll always be able to prove my sh*t.”
