Cardi B is outside and in her bag right now. The “Am I The Drama” tour has fans eating up every second, from the stage production to the dancers to the way she commands that stage with them high-energy performances. Every stop feels like a moment. But according to Cardi, not every moment is that kind of moment.
During her stop in San Francisco, Cardi paused before jumping into her next set and a few words. She said, You can’t be out here playing with a b**** like me. There’s n***** out here praying for a b**** like me,” Cardi said. “I’m too sexy to be lonely and too grown to be played with n****. Who you playin’ with mothaf****?!”
Now of course, the internet did what the internet does. Fans immediately started connecting dots and assumed she was throwing shots at her baby daddy, Stefon Diggs, especially since the two have reportedly been on rocky terms. But Cardi had to clear that up real quick. Taking to X, she addressed the chatter, tweeting:
“Dear blogs, when I perform a song l always introduce the song with a lil razzle dazzle.. not everything is a shot or personal. I’m actually repeating lyrics from the songs…Relax.”

Cardi B and Stefon Diggs were first linked in October 2024 and confirmed their relationship in June 2025 before welcoming their first child together in November 2025. The two made their public debut as a couple at a New York Knicks game in May 2025. Since then, things have seemed a little shaky, but neither of them has come out and officially confirmed a breakup.
Still, if you know Cardi, you know she doesn’t play about her man — rocky or not.
At another tour stop, she even had time to clap back at fellow rapper Bia after Bia tried to slide a little dig her way. Cardi made it clear she’s not the one to test. Subtle warning and all.
Moral of the story? Enjoy the show, sing the lyrics, and maybe don’t read too deep into every spicy intro. Sometimes it’s just performance. And Cardi is always going to perform.
