In documents filed in a Florida bankruptcy court, Cardi’s legal team alleges Tasha K has been transferring assets and income from her name into her husband’s or his business accounts, TMZ reported. Additionally, they claim that she has offshore trust accounts in various locations, such as the Cook Islands, Nevis, and the country of Georgia. The documents also claim that Tasha and her husband allegedly upgraded to a luxury $7,000-a-month apartment while displaying designer clothing, handbags, and jewelry on social media.

Cardi B’s legal team submitted documents as evidence in response to Tasha K’s court claim that she could not pay the money owed from the defamation case due to financial difficulties. Cardi requests that the judge dismiss Tasha’s bankruptcy filing and that she be prohibited from refiling for the next two years.
