Cardi B has revealed that she will not take the stage at this weekend’s ONE Musicfest in Atlanta’s Central Park.

On Wednesday afternoon, the 32-year-old artist shared on X that she has been in the hospital for the past few days due to a “medical emergency” and has decided to withdraw from the festival. “It breaks my heart that I won’t get to see my fans this weekend and I really wish I could be there,” she wrote in her statement.

Cardi B was one of the main headliners for opening night,  and many fans eagerly anticipated her performance following the recent birth of her third child with Atlanta rapper Offset last month.

Organizers for ONE MusicFest responded back to Cardi’s statement: “Hey #OMFFam! Unfortunately, @iamcardib announced that she is no longer available to join us this year due to ongoing health issues,” reads the post. “Let’s all keep her in our prayers for a full recovery! We are working hard to find a replacement at this late date. More to come soon.”

Just last week, Cardi was in Los Angeles for a nine-day visit, during which she hosted a session on X Spaces to talk about her much-anticipated sophomore album. “It’s gonna be amazing and unique because everything I do it gotta be amazing and unique,” she told her fans. “I’m sorry for the delay. It’s not gonna be a crazy delay. It’s gonna come out amazing. I’m gonna be out here for nine days.”
