Cam’ron is stepping in with some street wisdom… and he’s not sugarcoating a thing.

The Harlem rapper turned sports talk sensation took a moment to speak on Shannon Sharpe’s shocking legal situation. The former NFL star is now facing a $50 million lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend Gabriella Zuniga, who’s accusing him of rape and emotional abuse. But Cam is making it crystal clear: he’s riding with Shannon.

Cam suggested that Shannon’s accuser was possibly trying to get him from jump, especially since she was recording their private conversations. Cam also believes Shannon got baited into saying certain things that came off as threats which later was used against him. Either way, Cam says he wished that Shannon payed attention to these signs before all of this went down.

The allegations against Shannon Sharpe are heavy and gaining traction fast. Gabriella Zuniga, who reportedly began a relationship with Sharpe when she was just 19, claims the former football star raped her multiple times. She also says he threatened her during private conversations—which were allegedly recorded.

The suit, led by attorney Tony Buzbee, also claims Shannon tried to make the whole thing go away by offering a $10 million settlement. That deal reportedly never went through, and now Zuniga’s legal team is going all-in.

“This lawsuit, filed by Gabriella Zuniga and orchestrated by her attorney Tony Buzbee, is a blatant and cynical attempt to shake down Mr. Sharpe for millions of dollars. It is filled with lies, distortions, and misrepresentations – and it will not succeed,” Sharpe’s team declared in an official statement.

Tony Buzbee’s Legal Pattern: Is This Another JAY-Z-Style Case?

Let’s not forget—Tony Buzbee’s name ain’t new in these courtrooms. He’s the same attorney who led the failed case against JAY-Z not too long ago. That case was dismissed, and critics are already drawing parallels between that and Shannon’s.

Some folks online are saying Buzbee is developing a reputation for targeting Black celebrities. And with a massive payout on the line again, Cam’ron’s claims of a “shake down” ain’t falling on deaf ears.
