The California Cop Responds The Mother & Daughter’s Domestic Disturbance Call
The officer who was caught red-handed has been identified as 32-year-old Matthew Dominguez. Officer Dominguez, along with two other officers, all responded to a domestic disturbance call on April 21 in San Jose, California.
The Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office released a statement revealing that Officer Dominguez and his colleagues responded to a call about a family who needed a restraining order enforced.
Apparently, the family’s son battles a mental illness and has a restraining order against him. Well, on April 21, the son ended up popping up at the family’s house and became violent, leading his loved ones to call 9-1-1 for help.
When Officer Dominguez and his colleagues arrived, he took the lead and dispatched his two partners to find the family’s son. However, as Officer Dominguez began conducting his own investigation, he suddenly took an interest in the family’s daughter, who is 23 years old.

The California Cop Begins Masturbating In Front Of The Mother & Daughter
According to the family, Officer Dominguez could not keep his eyes off of the daughter the entire time he was at the home. Charging documents further explain that Officer Dominguez “milled around the home” and the whole time he “managed to keep the daughter in view” of his body-camera.
After about 40 minutes of being inside, Officer Dominguez began to rub his crotch, with the young woman and her mother in view. As the daughter left to the kitchen, the officer followed her. And when he turned around, the mother bared witness to his penis “outside of his pants fully exposed.”
The mother and daughter, both “shocked and scared,” ended up running to the father and calling on him to handle the situation. When the father entered the dining area, he saw “Officer Dominguez facing out of the kitchen with his erect penis in his left hand and his right hand on the counter,” the two made eye contact and the father ended up leaving the room in shock and awe. The father then immediately reported the incident to the other two officers who responded to the call with Officer Dominguez.

The California Cop Arrested, Charged & Placed On Leave
It’s reported that on April 22, Officer Dominguez, who is a four-year veteran of the police force, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor indecent exposure and has since been placed on administrative leave. If convicted of the crime, he could face a year in jail and be placed on the sexual offender list for 10 years.
Responding to the incident, the Santa Clara County District Attorney, Jeff Rosen, said, “The charged behavior is beyond disturbing. Law enforcement officers respond to our homes to help crime victims, not terrorize, traumatize, and create new victims.”
