CA Police Find 20K Rounds Of Ammo Upon Arresting UPS Worker Planning Mass Shooting
In Sunnyvale, California, police arrested a USP worker who threatened a mass shooting. Upon searching his home, they found 20,000 rounds of ammunition, body armor, tactical rifles, handguns, and much more.
The suspect, identified as 32-year-old Thomas Andrews, was arrested on suspicion of evading police, driving under the influence and several weapons violations.

Authorities responded to a report on Sunday night (Mar. 1), claiming Andrews was planning a mass shooting at the UPS facility in Sunnyvale, near San Jose.
Additionally, they note that upon their attempt to stop him three hours later, a car chase ensued on the local 101 highway, and ended with officers pulling him over, arresting him and searching the vehicle and his home.

At his apartment, officers discovered thousands of rounds of ammo, high capacity magazines, five tactical rifles, a shotgun, three handguns, body armor and tactical backpacks with ammo.
Furthermore, Andrews is currently being held at the Santa Clara County Jail on $500,000 bail.
