Buy Buy Baby is set to close all 120 retail stores nationwide after its parent store, Bed Bath & Beyond filed for bankruptcy.

The store announced on its website that it would close its doors on June 30, and liquidation sales have begun. According to the Daily Mail, the store was purchased by Bed, Bath & Beyond in 2007. Still, the parent company filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on Sunday after reportedly failing to secure funds to keep the company afloat.

 ‘Thank you to all of our loyal customers. We have made the difficult decision to begin winding down our operations. Bed Bath & Beyond and BuyBuy Baby stores remain open to serve you,’ the statement said on their website.

Bed, Bath, & Beyond said in a follow-up statement that retail stores and websites will remain open and continue serving their customers until June. Buy Buy Baby coupons will be valid for use until May 8. Earlier this year, Bed Bath & Beyond warned about a potential bankruptcy as they addressed concerns about being unable to pay off their expenses due to difficulties from the previous holiday season. The company struggled to keep stocks afloat due to liquidation issues.

Additionally, they defaulted on a credit line with JPMorgan in January. It could make interest payments using funding from its first stock offering but still discovered it would have to file for bankruptcy. The company was able to raise $360 million from the previous deal, but it was terminated in March and announced it would be selling $300 million in shares.
