On the track, DaBaby raps about being “cancelled” over his homophobic remarks that he made at the Rolling Loud music festival. As we previously reported, DaBaby was dropped from multiple shows after the viral incident. Many people assumed he lost a lot of money because of it.

In the remixed track, DaBaby makes it clear that he’s not an industry “puppet” and won’t do what he’s told. He also stated that he owns his mansion, cars and already made “investments,” so he’s not strapped for cash.

While DaBaby has apologized for remarks, it doesn’t look like he’s pressed to be liked again as he’s confident his music and career will continue to be successful.
