Florida man strikes again! A Miami man who was charged with burglary attempted to throw his feces at a judge during his court hearing on Friday.

Local 10 News reports 33-year-old Dorleans Philidor appeared in court Friday and was sitting in a wheelchair next to Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Lisa Walsh before he made the disgusting attempt. Before throwing his feces at Walsh, Philidor yelled “It’s protein! It’s good for you!” Additional sources reported that Philidor also defecated on himself while being placed in a holding cell Thursday.

No jurors were present during the incident and Philidor was acquitted of the burglary charge. He also faces another trial for his involvement in a grand theft auto case.

Witness Allen Rios told the Miami Herald that the incident caused the closure of the courtroom.

“It was intense. The corrections officers and police officers were swarming. Like 60 of them. They told everyone to leave and you couldn’t go back in. It was a hazardous area.”
