Britney Spears was reportedly “shaken up” when she heard about ex-husband Jason Alexander trespassing her LA home in an attempt to crash the wedding. Jason, who was only married to the “Gimme More” singer for a measly 55 hours after tying the knot in 2004, was arrested on Thursday afternoon after making his way onto Britney’s private property and telling security, “she’s my first wife and my only wife.”
A source has since revealed to E! News that Brit was left in shock when she was informed about the chaos, which ended up delaying her actual wedding to beau Sam Asghari as security and event planners had to speak to police to tell them what happened. “Britney expressed she’s a bit shaken up after the incident,” they said. “Britney and Sam spent the majority of the day apart but once he heard about Jason, he wanted to console Britney.”

“He’s always making sure he is there for her and is very supportive. They have both expressed that they are excited to have this special moment and to make their love official.” The overall day wound up leaving Britney feeling very “emotional,” the insider added, but she and Sam were still determined to have a good time as guests, including Madonna and Paris Hilton, began to arrive.
The 40-year-old shocked fans last month after announcing she had suffered a miscarriage, just weeks after announcing her pregnancy with Sam’s baby. Britney and Sam first met back in 2016 when he as hired as a male model for her music video “Slumber Party,” featuring Tinashe. The pair have been going from strength to strength, even before Britney was released from her court-ordered conservatorship ordeal when she allegedly didn’t have access to her funds and was practically forced to follow the rules by her dad Jamie Spears.
