Britney Spears wants her father, Jamie, instantly removed from her conservatorship after he made a decision without her input.

According to Page Six, the pop star wanted to make her father a co-conservator with the company Bessemer Service Trust but now she wants him completely removed from the contract. Apparently, Spears changed her mind after her manager quit in late October and Jamie hired a new manager named Michael Kane without her approval. The pop star also stated that her father’s goal is to “is to introduce a new gatekeeper who admittedly has a major working relationship with his legal team.”
After he made the decision, Spears has filed court documents stating that she wants Bessemer Service Trust as a sole conservator without the aid of her father. Earlier this month, it was also reported that Spears was also prevented from having any more children as per her makeup artist.

Britney has been under the conservatorship since her infamous mental breakdown in 2007 and Jamie has been involved in the process since then. He also stated he wants no financial gain from his daughter and just wants what’s best for her.
“It’s up to the court of California to decide what’s best for my daughter. It’s no one else’s business.”
