Britney Spears’ husband Sam Asghari has come to her defense after the singer posted more photos of herself wearing next to nothing on her Instagram this past week. Fans have been left torn on how they feel about Britney constantly being naked on Instagram, with one common argument being that because she has kids and a huge social media following, posing nude with her hands over her breasts every other day was quite inappropriate.
On the other hand, others contended that because Britney had allegedly been prohibited from having any sort of freedom while stuck in a lengthy conservatorship controlled by her father Jamie Spears, allowing her to express herself in whatever way she sees fit shouldn’t be looked down upon. Well, it seems as if Sam agrees as he hopped to the comment section in one of Britney’s most recent posts where she was once again posing naked.
“The only person in the world that gets bullied for posting things like this,” 28-year-old model and actor said. “I personally preferred she never posted these but who am I to control someone that’s been under a microscope and been controlled for most of her life.”
Britney spent 13 years under a court-appointed conservatorship which was terminated back in November 2021, allowing the “Gimme More” pop star to regain control over her personal life, her finances, and rebuild relationships with people who were allegedly shunned during the ordeal.
Since finding her freedom, however, it appears as if Britney’s bond with her children, Sean Preston and Jayden James, has started turning sour, following claims made by their dad, Kevin Federline, that the boys were not supportive of their mom’s behavior on Instagram. According to the former backup dancer, their children did not appreciate Britney utilizing the platform to post nude snaps of herself by any means.
It prompted Britney to respond in an Instagram post, where she wrote, ”It saddens me to hear that my ex husband has decided to discuss the relationship between me and my children … as we all know, raising teenage boys is never easy for anyone … it concerns me the fact that the reason is based on my Instagram … it was LONG before Instagram. I gave them every thing … Only one word: HURTFUL.”
