It looks like Britney Spears has a darn good prenup! According to sources who have been updating TMZ on the alleged breakup, Asghari is not entitled to any of Britney’s money in the event of divorce nor is he entitled to spousal support.
It was said that the prenup dictates Sam can keep the gifts Britney gave him during their marriage, which includes cars, but that’ll be it. However, another source says she may write him a substantial check if she feels compelled to do so…
As we previously reported, Sam Asghari filed for divorce citing “irreconcilable differences” Wednesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court. At the time, it was reported that Asghari would be seeking spousal support from his estranged wife. It was also said Asghari is requesting that Spears pay for his attorneys’ fees.
Reports further stated that Asghari was planning to release “embarrassing” information about Spears if she did not make adjustments to their prenup. Per TMZ, Sam has first-hand knowledge of a lot of things about Britney, their relationship, their arguments, her challenges, etc., and if there’s even a possibility any of that might become public, sources believe Britney will gladly pay Sam for peace of mind…
However, amid all of this news, Asghari’s manager, Brandon Cohen, has released a statement to provide more clarity about his plans. He denied Asghari was seeking to challenge the couple’s prenuptial agreement. “There are many claims that Sam is challenging the prenup and threatening to exploit his ex-wife with videos,” Cohen said. “However, all these claims are false, as no negative intention has ever been directed towards her and never will be. Sam has always and will always support her.”
Asghari, 29, also posted a statement to his official Instagram story Thursday saying he and Spears had decided to “end their journey together” after six years of “love and commitment.”
“After 6 years of love and commitment to each other my wife and I have decided to end our journey together. We will hold onto the love and respect we have for each other and I wish her the best always,” he wrote. “S— happens. Asking for privacy seems ridiculous (sic) so I will just ask for everyone including media to be kind and thoughtful,” he concluded.

So far she appears to be ignoring all the controversy about her divorce. Hours after the news broke she shared a picture of herself horseback riding along with the caption that read, “Buying a horse soon 🐴 !!! So many options it’s kinda hard !!!” Spears shared with her 42 million IG followers. “A horse called Sophie and another called Roar 🐎 ??? I can’t make up my mind 🙈 !!! Should I join the camaraderie and put a pink cowboy hat on 😜 ??? Either way, I think I found my sweet spot with Roar 😘 !!!” she added.
