Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a wave of new sexual assault allegations through multiple civil lawsuits.

During a press briefing on Tuesday, attorney Tony Buzbee from Texas announced that he is advocating for 120 individuals who have made claims against the music industry mogul, with incidents reportedly spanning more than two decades. “We will expose the enablers who enabled this conduct behind closed doors. We will pursue this matter no matter who the evidence implicates,” Buzbee said during the press conference.

“Many powerful people … many dirty secrets,” the lawyer said of the allegations. He added that his team has “collected pictures, video, and texts.” Buzbee continued, “It’s a long list already, but because of the nature of this case, we are going to make damn sure we are right before we do that these names will shock you.”

Buzbee revealed that over 3,000 people have approached his office with allegations against Combs, and he intends to initiate lawsuits across multiple states. He also mentioned that additional defendants will be included in these legal actions. Among the new accusers, he noted that 62% identify as African American, representing individuals from more than 25 states, predominantly from New York, California, Georgia, and Florida.

“Our youngest victim at the time of the occurrence was nine years old,” Buzbee said before adding that 25 of the accusers were minors at the time of the incidents occurring as early as 1991. Buzbee said that the events occurred at parties hosted by Combs, as well as auditions for people hoping to “break into the industry.”

As we previously shared, Diddy was apprehended by Homeland Security agents at the Park Hyatt hotel in midtown Manhattan and is now being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn as he prepares for trial.

The allegations against him, which trace back to 2008, claim that he has mistreated, intimidated, and manipulated women over the years to fulfill his sexual cravings while safeguarding his image and hiding his misconduct.

Further information from the indictment reveals that the rapper allegedly utilized a criminal enterprise to carry out the offenses he faces, along with other illicit activities such as kidnapping, arson, and bribery.
