In his most recent interview with VLAD TV, Boosie shared his thoughts on Blueface getting arrested on an attempted murder charge last week in Las Vegas. As previously reported, the “Thotiana” rapper was booked into the Clark County Detention Center in connection to a shooting that occurred outside of a strip club on October 8.

The male victim is said to have gotten into a dispute with Blueface’s crew which later escalated to a physical altercation before multiple shots were allegedly fired by the 25-year-old. But from the surveillance footage that was released to the public, which showed the man seemingly trying to drive Blueface’s entourage over with his truck, Boosie believes that the shooting was actually in self-defense.

“When I was looking at in on the video, that look like the truck was trying to run him over,” Boosie told Vlad. “That would’ve looked like a truck was coming; I’m screaming ‘Self defense. 95 rappers done died in the last 9 days. I thought my life was in f****** danger.’ I’m screaming ‘f*** that, and that wasn’t me on that camera shooting.’”

Boosie added that while he was watching the video, he had noticed the truck was picking up speed, which gave off the clear indication the man had a deadly motive when he got inside his vehicle following his back-and-forth with Blueface’s entourage.

“Everybody saw that truck speeding up. How you know that truck weren’t finna run me over and kill me? Sh**, my life in danger. F*** that,” he concluded.

Per previous reports via TMZ, police discovered multiple bullet marks on the truck, which they believe is just one of many pieces of evidence validating the man’s claims of the shooting actually occurring. And with footage from security cameras outside of the strip club, cops had mounted up enough evidence to charge Blueface on attempted murder.

His bond was set to $50,000 — which he posted shortly after his arrest — with a preliminary hearing scheduled to take place in January.

Blueface, whose real name is Johnathan Jamall Porter, is currently set to star in his own reality show titled “Crazy In Love” alongside his girlfriend Chrisean Rock. The series is set to premiere on Zeus, though a release date has yet to be announced.
