Blueface’s mom Karlissa Saffold is sending out another apology but this time to rapper Sexyy Red.
Mrs. Saffold recently shared her thoughts on the “Pound Town” rapper while on live with her supporters. While asking them to send her random names of celebrities so she could debate whether they were cute or not, Red’s name was mentioned and let’s just say Saffold did not hold back… “Sexyy Red look like my grandma Bessie she barely cute, she barely cute,” Saffold told her 231,000 followers on IG recently. “Stanky Red ain’t either. Stanky Red looks like my grandma Bessie, she barely making it, okay?” The little jab also came after Blueface’s sister, Kali, took to the Internet to claim Sexyy stole the concept for the controversial single ‘Free My N*gga.”
Either way, Karlissa Saffold now feels bad about her comments so she’s issuing an apology to the entertainer. In a new IG Story Post, the controversial mom said, “It’s been heavy on my heart to apologize to sexy Red because she ain’t never did nothing to me and my comedy may have caused her pain I think you are beautiful and brave in your own special way. I’m sorry for offending you because I’m not after those who never done anything to me. Please forgive me.”
What Has Sexy Redd Said About The Shade?
Sexyy Red who is super active on social media caught wind of her comments and decided to leave a comment under the Neighborhood Talk’s page. She said, “Didn’t Chrisean knot chu df up.”
She has not yet responded to her little apology.
Earlier this year, Karlissa also apologized to Erykah Badu and Yung Miami after calling them “Rent-A-Center B****es” after they weighed in on her controversial son and his relationship. Karlissa said she simply felt some kind of way that everyone had been dropping their two cents on Blueface’s behavior.
“After praying about it, after thinking about it… I want to put out an apology to any of the ladies whom I called Rent-A-Center B’s. I said that out of pure anger and disgust of the overwhelming amount of DMs that I get every day talking about my son and Chrisean.” She continued, “I was very angry when I lashed out at Karruche and Erykah… I mean Careesha because I felt like they were a part of that team that’s sending me those messages telling me I should mind my own business and stay out of my son’s business.”
She ended off by saying, “So yes, I want to sincerely apologize to anybody that I said disrespectful things to out of anger.”
