Welp, rapper Chrisean Rock found herself in handcuffs once again after being placed in custody on Monday afternoon in the San Fernando Valley.

As we previously reported, the 24-year-old, who is also the mother of rapper Blueface’s 9-month-old son, was arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department while attending Blueface’s court hearing. The arrest was related to an October 2022 shooting incident in Las Vegas, where Blueface was involved and left one man injured. Photos obtained by TMZ captured the moment Chrisean was handcuffed and escorted by the police. Disturbingly, it was reported that her infant son, Chrisean Malone Jr., was taken away from her during the arrest.

Blueface’s ex, Jaidyn Alexis, and the mother of his first son, Javaughn J. Porter, were also present at the court hearing, though they were not with Chrisean. As of right now, the reason behind Chrisean’s arrest appears to be her status as a wanted fugitive in Oklahoma.

As previously noted, a warrant had been issued for her arrest two years ago on various charges, including possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Amidst the controversy, Blueface’s mother Karlissa Saffold took to Instagram to address the accusations made against her. She vehemently denied any involvement in Chrisean’s arrest and expressed her frustration with the false accusations. In her Instagram post, she stated, “To Chrisean, family who accused me of calling the cops on her. That’s called bearing false witness. You should know me better than that. If I told, I would have told. I don’t call the police on single mothers with children on their way to court to support my son. Get a life.”

Chrisean, who famously tattooed Blueface’s face on her own face in January, had previously shared her reluctance to turn herself into authorities. She hoped that her legal troubles would be resolved without her serving any time behind bars.

“I’m doing everything possible to get that figured out without even trying to serve time. And it’s working out for me. So, I’ma work on my little situation,” Chrisean shared during her IG Live session.

As the legal process unfolds, it remains to be seen how this situation will impact not only Chrisean and Blueface but also their families and the future of their co-parenting journey… which is already a challenge for them.
