A naked man was arrested after hitting parked cars with his father’s severed head and frightening witnesses.

The bizarre scene occurred in Odessa, Ukraine when 30-year-old Dmitry Ponomarenko was naked while covered in blood and slammed his father’s head on several cars. Witnesses contacted police and they said Ponomarenko screamed angrily “I am a god who is not worshipped” before authorities arrived at the scene.
“We received calls from shocked people reporting a man walking in the neighborhood with a severed head in his hand,” said a police spokesman.
Authorities said they found the decapitated body of Igor Ponomarenko and the body of Aleksandr Demchenko,32. Demchenko was disemboweled when officers found him in Ponomarenko’s home.

During the police interview, Dmitry told police that he killed the two men “because he had to.” Investigators also reported that Dmitry was fired from his job at the Duke Hotel for disorderly conduct and being under the influence of drugs. If convicted, he faces 15 years in prison.
