If I had told the inspirational, powerhouse Brother duo, Kami & Konnor Gauche, that their business would skyrocket in less than three years, they’d have probably laughed me out of town.  With the family’s super busy schedules, pickling started out as this family’s “Sunday Funday” tradition, and as a means by which to keep the brilliant & creative brothers entertained on the weekends. One Sunday, at the suggestion of the industrious Kami, Jr., they embarked upon an experimental project to make some pickles (a delicacy both father and son loved). Kami, never having been one to back down from a challenge, rose to the occasion, and after tweaking the ingredients for their brine, the pickling began! After tasting their products, the young businessman and future entrepreneur suggested to his dad, “We should sell them,” and just like that folks…Amazin Kajin pickles became a really “BIG DILL” in and around southern Louisiana!

This dynamic duo’s Sunday ventures were so successful, that they often sold out around town, and would easily make more than $700 every Sunday.

As with every great thing, the Amazin Kajin pickle empire has had hurdles to cross, opposition to endure, and obstacles to overcome, but they’ve done so ever so gracefully; each time coming out stronger, more proficient, and more experienced than before. They put their trust in God, whom they believed could do all things but fail, and the rest is history.

These pickles are literally flying off the shelves of their local supermarkets and they’ve been able to ship thousands  of orders in less than a year.
