It has been a great year for Blac Chyna. From opening her beauty salon to entering a healthy relationship and now getting engaged, fans have been excited about her new journey.

However, her latest life update has raised a few eyebrows. On Friday, October 25, the mother of two announced that she would be joining the cast of ‘Love & Hip Hop Miami’ for its sixth season. She will be appearing alongside her fiancé, producer Derrick Milano. He also shared his excitement on Instagram, writing, “I can’t wait for y’all to get to know me this season on #loveandhiphop #LHHMIA. Being able to showcase not only genuine LOVE but a real look in what I do in the music industry as a Grammy winning Songwriter/ Producer/Artist. Stay tuned. & make sure you read all the slides.”

Naturally, social media users had mixed reactions. While some are thrilled to see Chyna back on their television screens, others believe this is a poor choice. One person commented, “You’ve elevated our life too much to take a step back like this. I’m definitely going to watch the show bc of you, but you really just need your own show.” Another added, “I love you down, but I don’t think you belong on this platform. There’s too much bad energy that can tarnish your growth.” A third user expressed, “Nahhhh don’t do it. You’ve grown too much to be dealing with that type of mess.” It appears that Chyna has caught wind of these comments and is reassuring her fans that they have nothing to worry about. Chyna whose real name is Angela White shared a post this Saturday morning that read:

“God has been using me in various spheres to demonstrate His grace and bring people into His kingdom. I will remain obedient. Before passing judgment, I encourage you to check out this new season of ‘Love and Hip Hop’ where you’ll see me, Angela White, as a mother, businesswoman, fiancé, and advocate for sobriety and positivity.”

Blac Chyna has dealt with her share of drama, including issues with her controversial mother, Tokyo Toni, baby daddy drama with rapper Tyga, and complications with her extended family, the Kardashians. However, Chyna has put all that behind her to embrace a stress-free and positive life.

In an interview with Vibe, the couple noted, “It’s a whole new spin to it – Angela and I will be on the next season and we’re pushing positivity, Black love, spirituality and diffusing anything in relationships that can be handled and fixed. We’re gonna showcase what it looks like to collaborate and make music from top to bottom. It’s been fun.”
