According to the latest update on Blac Chyna vs The Kardashians case, the model is requesting another try at the stand! TMZ reports that her legal team has filed court docs asking the judge to grant her another opportunity to take the stand to testify about her damages claim.

Chyna’s attorneys argue that the nudes of herself that were presented by the Kardashian’s legal team caused Chyna to panic and cry on the witness stand, completely derailing the rest of her testimony. Not only was Chyna not able to answer basic questions, but they believe she would’ve been fine and able to address anything regarding the case if they refrained from showing those pic from her revenge porn situation. The photos of herself that were originally published online by her ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian, left her incredibly emotional, and she was unable to regain her composure even after a break, her team claims per TMZ.

In addition to that, Chyna’s team also alleges that introducing the photos at all violated a previous order of the court to prevent just this kind of thing from happening during the trial. Her attorneys say her testimony for that part should be stricken, and that she should get a partial redo to testify about the damages.

As we previously reported, on the second day of her testimony, Chyna broke down in tears. Their family lawyer, Michael Rhodes, brought up the infamous leaked nude photos of Chyna while she was on the witness stand. Rhodes directed the former “Rob & Chyna” star to her filed motion for a restraining order against Rob Kardashian in 2017. However, Chyna’s attorney, Lynne Ciani quickly objected to the naked photos being admitted as evidence as she claims that she and Rhodes had an agreement that the nude photos would not be a part of this case, since it’s a completely separate case against her ex-fiance beginning in May. “Violations of our agreements and it’s outrageous!” she shouted to the judge, Gregory W. Alarcon.

“My photos were blasted out to the entire world. Rob posted pictures of me on the internet,” Chyna responded, before breaking down in tears on the stand. “I’m supposed to just let Rob do this and just take it, right?”
When Rhodes hit back and asked why Chyna went on “GMA” if she wasn’t looking for publicity, she responded that she simply “wanted everyone to hear my side of the story.”

Chyna is suing the Kardashian’s for over $100M in damages after she claims the famous family got her reality show Rob & Chyna scrubbed from the network, leading to a major loss of income.
