Is favoritism how the Kardashians will win their case against Blac Chyna? It’s been reported that the famous family is receiving “special treatment” in court amid their exhilarating trial against Chyna, who is accusing Kim Kardashian, Kris Jenner, Kylie Jenner, and Khloe Kardashian of getting her reality show, Rob & Chyna, canceled on E!.

The Lashed owner claims she had already been granted a second season, which the Kardashians allegedly brought to a halt before scrapping the series altogether following an altercation between Chyna and Rob Kardashian in late 2016. And while things appeared to be going in the Chyna’s favor, The Sun asserts that the Kardashians are receiving privileges “which the average defendant does not receive.”

“Every day they arrive with two or three of their bodyguards and during each break and lunch they are escorted into a private room used mostly by officers from the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department,” a source told the reputable publication. “You sometimes see their bodyguards in the cafeteria but you certainly don’t see the Kardashians lining up at lunch.” But it doesn’t end there, as the Kardashians also get ushered into private rooms, through secret exits, that’s allowed them not to be seen or photographed when leaving the courthouse.

Chyna, on the other hand, has been given access to a much smaller private room during breaks and lunch, and she also hasn’t arrived at any of her court dates with a handful of security guards in tow. Since her mother Tokyo Toni was reportedly barred from being present at the trial, the socialite has been assisted by a male companion who “often carries her handbag.”

“And she has used the public entrance and exit, and has often been photographed outside,” the insider continued.

During Tuesday’s court session, Kim and Khloe both testified and admitted having shared emails to producers at E! that heavily insinuated they wanted the show pulled if executives wished to continue their working relationship with the family. Khloe confessed to having written an email that read, “We are even considering not moving forward with our show if theirs continues, that’s how strongly we feel this is damaging to our family.”

The Good American founder said she didn’t condone Chyna’s toxic behavior towards her brother and has been worried sick about her sibling because of how violent the relationship had gotten by the end of 2016. Furthermore, Kim had sent a text message to another producer, adding that she didn’t want Chyna’s show to move ahead with a second season.

“I’m going to officially take a break because I don’t want to do this anymore because this is so confusing,” she penned. “This is just not happening, I can’t believe no one listens to us, no one respects us. It’s just not happening. Chyna can never be on [our] show.”
