Blac Chyna better hope she wins her next court case against Rob Kardashian because the latter’s family has now laid out the court fees they want her to cover in litigation costs. After losing her $100 million defamation trial against the family last month, a judge ordered the Lashed founder to pay whatever amount the Kardashians spent on the legal proceedings, seeing that the jury ended up ruling in their favor and agreed that the famous clan was not at fault for the cancelation of Chyna’s show, Rob & Chyna.
Now, lawyers for the famous clan have broken down the fees they amassed during the years-long case, amounting to a whopping $390k, per TMZ, who reports that the sum does not include attorneys’ fees. Keep in mind that Chyna, whose real name is Angela Renée White, filed the defamation lawsuit back in October 2017, prompting the Kardashians to hire legal representation who worked on the case for over four years before the trial commenced in April.

According to the aforementioned publication, the fees are said to have included $9,325.99 for service of process, $63,078.20 on deposition costs, $19,895 on court reporter fees, and $7,248.35 for hosting electronic documents. Another $184,871.71 was spent on “models, enlargements, and photocopies of exhibits,” with jury fees amounting to $4,241.
It’s unclear how or when Chyna plans to pay them back the enormous sum, especially since it was just last month when her mother, Tokyo Toni, had taken to social media, asking fans to help raise $400,000 in an effort for her daughter to appeal the verdict in her defamation trial.
Chyna was adamant that after a physical altercation with her ex-fiancé Rob Kardashian in December 2016, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Kylie Jenner masterminded a plan to get the socialite removed from the E! network, even though Chyna had already discussed plans to shoot a second series of her now-defunct reality show.

Given that the relationship with Rob ended after the incident, the Kardashians argued that they did get in contact with executives at E!, but it wasn’t to slander Chyna’s name; they were concerned about Rob’s well-being after he confided in them about his ex pulling a gun on him, which Chyna said was her way of “joking” with the USC graduate.
The Kardashians admitted that they had concerns if a second series was greenlit because Rob & Chyna was never just about the mother-of-two; it was a show depicting the love life between two people. And with Rob having walked away from the relationship, it didn’t make sense to carry on when Rob was not going going to be part of the second series, particularly after the violent altercation in late 2016.
