Blac Chyna has filed a $20 million lawsuit against her ex-boyfriend, Twin Hector, as part of an ongoing legal dispute between the former couple.
The filing comes in response to a lawsuit originally brought by Hector in 2024, in which he accused Chyna of assault during their relationship. In her cross-complaint, Chyna disputes those claims and alleges that she experienced repeated physical harm throughout the relationship. According to the legal documents, Chyna claims she only struck Hector during one specific incident. She states that the action was taken in self-defense after he allegedly hit her in both the lower and upper body.
Chyna’s legal team addressed the incident directly in the filing. They stated that any contact made was “a direct, necessary, and proportionate act of self-defense performed solely to prevent further injury to herself.”
The case now includes claims from both parties, with each side presenting different accounts of what occurred during their relationship.
In addition to the assault-related claims, Chyna is also accusing Twin Hector of violating a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). According to the lawsuit, Chyna alleges that Hector referenced her in multiple songs he released in recent years. She claims that specific lyrics point to identifiable details about her, despite the existence of an agreement intended to keep aspects of their relationship private.
One example mentioned in the filing includes a lyric referencing a woman who wears a size 39 shoe. Chyna states that this detail matches her exact shoe size.
She also claims that when she confronted Hector about the lyric, he responded in a text message suggesting that the reference could apply to anyone.
Chyna’s lawsuit argues that these actions violate the terms of their NDA. As a result, she is seeking at least $20 million in damages related to the alleged breach.
