Blac Chyna will reportedly take on yet another court case against the Kardashians — but this time, it only involves her ex-fiancé, Rob, who she sued for allegedly leaking nude photos of her on his social media without consent following a dispute in 2017. Chyna wasted no time in filing legal action against the father of her daughter, Dream, along with a temporary restraining order at the time, which barred the Arthur George sock designer from coming near her or posting about her online.
In court documents obtained by Radar Online, a trial date has now been set for June 13 and is being called phase 2 of Chyna’s lawsuits targeted at the famous clan, with the first being her preceding trial in opposition to Kris Jenner, Kylie Jenner, Khloe Kardashian, and Kim Kardashian, who she sued for defamation of character, alleging that they were at fault for her reality show, Rob & Chyna, getting canceled in late 2016. A verdict in early May, however, determined that the KarJenners were not to blame for the series ending, nor did a judge find any evidence in the claims that the family tarnished Chyna’s reputation — a ruling which her legal team has since appealed.

Perhaps Chyna can redeem herself the next time she appears in court, having built up enough evidence to prove that she not only didn’t give Rob her permission to post the naked photos of her on his Instagram but that she was left feeling horrified by the ordeal better known as “revenge porn.” In her lawsuit, the 34-year-old believed Rob posted the raunchy photos to cause emotional harm while branding the matter “humiliating and degrading,” and hopes that the former TV star will be ordered to pay damages for his wrongdoings.
Following her loss against the Kardashians in court in early May, Chyna took to her Instagram to share a video of herself being “born again” after being baptized in her backyard swimming pool on her birthday. She captioned her post with the hashtag #newbeginnings.
Despite the drama that’s plagued the mother-of-two in recent years, fans were generally happy about Chyna turning to faith in hopes of cleansing her spirit and soul from any negativity, with one IG user writing, “Happy birthday and may this new rebirth bring you closer to God and all his blessings reign in your life and your children’s life.”
Meanwhile, Chyna’s attorney Lynne Ciani filed a motion two weeks ago to appeal the ruling of Judge Alarcon in the KarJenner trial because she had heard that the clerk became a conflict of interest for allegedly taking photos with the Kardashians during a secret meeting, implying that her client didn’t have a fair trial because of it.
“I have never moved to disqualify a judge for cause … in my entire 32-year career as a litigator,” she stressed in her motion before stressing her reason for an appeal. “Angela White deserved a fair trial in a court of law and she did not receive a fair trial.”
