Blac Chyna is no longer being investigated by the LAPD following an incident in May when a woman claimed she was kicked in the stomach outside of an LA bar. As we previously reported, Sequoya King did an exclusive interview with Daily Mail following the alleged attack, asserting that the two had a dispute inside the establishment which had supposedly escalated when they stepped outside.

The investigation had been ongoing since May, but LAPD sources tell The Sun that the case is “no longer being followed up on by detectives.” King told Daily Mail that during the quarrel, she told Chyna that because she wasn’t being a nice person to her, “that’s why you did not win your lawsuit,” which she said sent the reality star into a rage.

In a statement given exclusively to Hollywood Unlocked, Chyna told us: “This is yet another example of someone lying to extort me, and huge thanks to the legal system for allowing justice to prevail. I will no longer sit back and let people slander my name.”

“When she heard that, she charged towards me. She kicks me, right in my stomach. I stumbled back, I got knocked down.” King also said that prior to the alleged assault, when they were still at the bar, Chyna was said to have charged people $5 to use the bathroom and joked, “I got a lawsuit going on. Give me your cash app,” referring to her legal ordeal with the Kardashians at the time.

Just days prior, Chyna found out she had lost her $108 million defamation case against the famous family, who she sued, claiming that the clan had caused her to lose a hefty amount in earnings after allegedly stopping her from carrying on with a second series of her TV show “Rob & Chyna.”

Apparently, the second season was shelved following an argument between the former couple that was believed to have turned physical, according to reports. The Kardashians claimed that they were fearful of Rob’s well-being while he was with Chyna during their one-year romance and that while they did have conversations with executives about his safety, they denied any wrongdoing pertaining to defaming Chyna’s character.

A judge agreed with them, resulting in a massive victory for the Kardashians, which was followed by the news that Chyna would reportedly have to pay them $390,000 in legal fees that were amassed during the explosive case.

According to TMZ, the Kardashians’ attorneys filed court docs after their win, saying that from all the fees and expenses that the family had to pay during the process of trial, Chyna should have to pay it, given that she filed the suit and consequently lost.
