Court documents filed by Blac Chyna accused Judge Gregory W. Alarcon of “undeniably hostile and extremely biased” towards her and attorney, Lynne Ciani, throughout the trial. Additionally, she claims the outcome of the trial was based on his instructions to the jury and noted how her mother, Tokyo Toni, was thrown out of the courtroom for allegedly threatening the judge. However, Tokyo Toni said the threats were specifically made toward Kris Jenner, not Judge Alarcon.

According to TMZ, the Kardashian family attorney released a statement and called Blac Chyna’s claims “baseless” and added,”their effort to make a scapegoat of Judge Alarcon is frivolous, dishonest, and deserving of sanctions.”

[This is] a baseless effort to save face after losing at trial.”

The family attorney also noted that Blac Chyna’s attorney didn’t have any issues with the judge until the jury made their verdict. As previously reported, the reality star and socialite filed a $40 million lawsuit against the Kardashian family for a loss of earnings after her show “Rob & Chyna” was not renewed for a second season. Additionally, Blac Chyna also asked for $60 million in future earnings.

The trial lasted for two weeks and a jury ruled that damages will not be awarded to Blac Chyna and although they were aware of her contract with E! Network, they had no involvement in the cancellation of her show. Chyna said she is planning to appeal the case based on the trial’s outcome.

”Two things. Number one, the jury found that Chyna had not physically abused Rob Kardashian. Number two, the jury found that all four defendants intentionally interfered with [Chyna’s] contracts with the E! Network. We will appeal the remainder of the verdict,” Ciani said in a statement after the trial.

The Kardashian family was reportedly pleased with the outcome of the trial said one of their attorneys.

“I think the case was very clear cut. The jury got it. I appreciate their service, I think the judge did a wonderful job of making sure it was a fair trial. They were very pleased, very grateful. They were emphatic in their explicit expression of pleasure. I got to know them quite well over the last few years, and as you know, they’re exuberant.

“Mr. [Rob] Kardashian is very grateful to the jury service and happy to have this matter behind him. And he looks forward to moving on to a new chapter and raising his beautiful daughter,” said defense attorney Michelle Carrie Doolin. Rob also provided his own testimony during the two-week trial and claimed he was physically assaulted by Blac Chyna throughout the relationship.

Chyna says they were joking around and expressed excitement about their show getting a second season.
