Francesca Amiker, co-host of Big Tigger’s Atlanta V-103 radio show, is suing his wife, Alicia Brown, for defamation. In her lawsuit, she is seeking damages in federal court.
As we previously shared, Tigger’s wife insinuated that her husband physically abused her and had an alleged affair with his morning show co-host, Amiker. On June 6, Brown posted-and-deleted a very graphic video of her in tears and with bloody stitches.
In her caption, she wrote, “Someone ask my husband why my face happened.” Brown continued to tag Amiker — who recently joined ‘The Big Tigger Morning Show’ as of May 11. In a follow-up comment, she continued to speak on the two. She wrote:
“He is my husband actually and he asked me to respond to you. Yes we are getting a divorce over his relationship with Francesca but it was not your place to tell everyone. However I do thank you for confirming what I already knew! Can you DM me please.”
Big Tigger and Radio Co-Host Francesca Amiker Deny His Wife Alicia Brown’s Affair Allegations
Amiker and Tigger, born Darian Morgan, have vehemently denied the affair allegations, and Tigger denied the abuse claims as well. Despite the latter, Tigger was arrested on June 20 and charged with aggravated battery and child cruelty for a May 9 incident at his home.
He was also ordered to keep from his wife and shared children. Before his arrest, Tigger and Amiker took to their morning show to deny affair allegations, at which time, Tigger apologized to Amiker for his wife’s allegations.
Francesca Amiker Sues Big Tigger’s Wife Alicia Brown For Federal Defamation
Since then, on June 30, Amiker filed a federal defamation lawsuit against Brown in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. She alleges Brown falsely accused her on social media of engaging in an affair with Tigger, thus subjecting her to harassment, professional losses, and damaging her reputation as an esteemed journalist and media personality.
Amiker insists her relationship with Tigger is strictly professional and that Brown’s posts portrayed her as a “mistress/homewrecker,” and as someone responsible for or condoning violence against women. She is seeking defamation damages, attorney’s fees, and punitive damages of more than $75,000, and is requesting a jury trial.
