In an Instagram post where Lawson paid tribute to Craig Adams, she said, “this amazing human being Craig Adams from Houston passed away last night from Covid,” the matriarch, 67, wrote on Wednesday. “This horrible killer disease attacked his organs, his lungs first made him have kidney failure and as hard as he fought he succumbed to the disease last night.”
She went on to share that “Craig was a fitness trainer and was healthy! This is only the latest of Many friends and family that were lost to Covid,” she continued. “Craig was Beyoncé’s trainer and later security for Destiny’s Child! He was like a family member. Such a beautiful human being, kind, loving, and gentle,” Knowles-Lawson added in her tribute. “RIP Craig we love you!”
Mrs. lawson has been encouraging Americans to get inoculated not only to protect themselves but those around them.
Earlier this year, the businesswoman shares a post to her IG account which read, “Have faith in the Pfizer vaccine. Don’t forget they make Viagra,” read the cheeky message. It added, “If they can raise the dead … They can save the living.” Tina wrote in the caption, “Ain’t that the truth Ruth!!” and gave a shout-out to @maggylathan who likely originally posted the picture.”
