Former beauty queens Miss Argentina and Miss Puerto Rico titleholders are now owning a new title as newlyweds! 22-year-old Mariana Verela (Argentina) and 26-year-old Fabiola Valentín (Puerto Rico) have just revealed that they secretly tied the knot!

The gorgeous power couple met back in 2020 at the Miss Grand International competition in Thailand. The pageant is said to have began in 2013, being founded in Thailand.
its mission is to “send out a message to give love and peace to the world [and to promote] knowledge and understanding of mankind to campaign to stop war and violence.”
As the two women beat out the other contestants, making it to the pageant’s top 10, the two beauty queens remained close friends with each other. But, what fans and other contestants didn’t realize was that they were secretly dating all along.

Finally announcing their love to the world, the couple shared matching Instagram video posts on Sunday (October 30), which showed candid moments throughout their relationship.
Several moments included the women living their best lives on a beach, happy moments with family and friends — and eventually we see the sweet moment when they got engaged. They went on to get married on October 28 at a courthouse in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
The video montage ends with the two hugging and kissing in joy outside of a San Juan courthouse, with their matching white outfits and wedding rings.

The women captioned their post in Spanish and said, “Verified
Después de decidir mantener en privacidad nuestra relación, les abrimos las puertas en un día especial. 28/10/22 ❤️💍✨”
Its translation reads, “After deciding to keep our relationship private, we opened the doors to them on a special day. 28/10/22 ❤️💍✨”
Several fans, celebrities and fellow pageant runners went on to congratulate the two newlyweds. In response, Varela (Argentina) wrote, “Thanks for all the love! We are very happy and blessed.”
