Baby Blue On Pleading Guilty In PPP Fraud Case: “I Ain’t Tripping. When I get out, Ima be ripped up like Gucci Mane And One Of the hottest rappers in the world”
According to an exclusive report by VladTV, Pretty Ricky’s Baby Blue plans to plead guilty in a PPP fraud case.

The report states that the entertainer is set to appear before U.S. District Judge Marcia Cooke on June 9 to plead guilty to at least one federal offense in the federal COVID-19 relief fraud case against him. As of right now, no plea deal has been announced, but the news site notes that it is typical in federal cases for defendants to plead guilty without a deal, with the agreement that prosecutors will limit their sentence request. The charges against him stem from allegations that Baby Blue filed fraudulent PPP loan applications and used the money for luxury goods like a 2010 black Ferrari 458 Italia, though he allegedly listed as the company car for one of his businesses.
VladTV notes that “Federal prosecutors have moved to seize the Ferrari and other assets allegedly acquired from fraudulent loans. Baby Blue was charged with conspiracy to commit fraud, which carries five years in federal prison.” We recently spoke with Baby Blue who told us he’s not really “tripping” over this situation.

He added,
“Only thing ima really miss is time away from my kids. I just had a baby boy this year and Ima miss his little giggles for sure!”
To note, this was all going on before Baby Blue was shot last month in Florida during an attempted robbery. Before the change of plea hearing was set, Baby Blue’s attorney had submitted a motion to postpone the trial, which was scheduled to start just nine days after Baby Blue was shot during a robbery attempt near a bowling alley in Davie, Florida, VladTV reports.
“The defense motion, filed just four days after the April 19 shooting, said that at the time Baby Blue was still in critical condition and added that he, ‘is expected to undergo physical therapy over the coming months to recover from his injuries.’“
Baby Blue is still recovering from the shooting but seems like he’s trying to stay positive through it all.
