Well, damn, Azealia Banks. Tell us how you really feel about Kanye West. The “212” rapper’s interview with The Guardian was published on Friday, and she certainly didn’t hold back on her thoughts about Ye, his anti-semitic comments, and his relationship with his family. During one part of her interview, Banks claimed that West had allegedly been trash-talking his ex-wife long before they got married.
She recalled, “To meet him and hear him talk s**t about Kim Kardashian it gave me a little bit of glee, because you’re young, and you’re dumb, and you don’t get it yet. He’s like, ’I hate this white b***h’ – you’re like: ‘Yesss.’ But as time goes on, it’s like: ‘Wait, you hated my Black a**, too! You hate all women!’”

The 31-year-old then lashed out at Ye for using his daughter, North West, to try and get Kardashian’s attention during a period where the reality star was said to have been ignoring her ex following a string of outlandish remarks.
Ye previously alleged that when Kardashian found out she was pregnant with her firstborn, she contemplated getting an abortion, to which Banks says, “You’re a f***ing idiot for basically sacrificing the mental health of your daughter. You are the last person we need to hear from about Black fatherhood and the Black family unit.”
Elsewhere during her discussion with the British news outlet, Banks also touched on her decision to leave Los Angeles and move out to Miami. It appeared that living in LA just didn’t work for her anymore, stressing that there were various issues she had about her time in the City of Angels causing her to suffer from depression.
“There are no Latino Lives Matter signs. That’s not to negate any of the very real issues that Black people in America face, but in a rich state like California, in a neighborhood like Silver Lake.”

She alluded that despite the efforts behind backing movements such as Black Lives Matter, people in LA didn’t seem to consider signs supporting the Latino community who are working relentlessly to make ends meet, insinuating that different communities are not viewed in the same light and it bothered her.
“Here’s Jenny with her f-ckin’ like biodynamic wine bar and her vegan cafe. She’s got a Black Lives Matter sign in the window, but sis, did you pay attention to papi who delivered the milk?” she continued. “Did he get a free cup of coffee? I had to go because I can’t do this – either Covid was gonna kill me, or depression. I’m going to f-cking Miami.”
